How to buy yarn

You must log in in order to shop.
Log in by pressing “LOG IN” in the upper right corner
”USERNAME” and “PASSWORD” will show up.

The first time you buy:
USERNAME:
Your username is the e-mail address you have given to the Association. 

PASSWORD:
We have provided you with a code when you joined the Association
You will need it the first time you log in.
Afterwards you can change it here:

Changing PASSWORD:
Login – “MY PROFILE” appears
Check “SETTINGS”
Activate “CHANGE PASSWORD”
You now have your own password.

In case you have forgotten your password:
Log in with your e-mail address and press “FORGOTTEN PASSWORD”.
Type in your e-mail address and you will receive a new password by e-mail.
You can change this new password from “MY PROFILE”.
