Terms of Purchase

ORDER
All prices cover value added tax 25% (VAT) to all countries in EU.
All prices are without value added tax 25% (VAT) to all countries outside EU.
When ordering 10 kg or more of the same kind of yarn in the same color will be deducted a 10 % discount manually before the order is invoiced.

PAYMENT
At yarn.dk you can pay by credit card, such as: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Diners Club International and American Express. Your payment will not be deducted until the purchased items have been sent. There can never be drawn a higher amount than what you approved upon purchase. We use encryption technology SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure that orders or personal data only can be read by computers and personnel at yarn.dk. Credit card account information cannot be read by personnel. We need your name, address for delivery, e-mail address and telephone no. to be able to execute your order. This information we do treat with utmost confidence. The yarn is not shipped until your payment is registered.

DELIVERY
Yarn.dk uses a courier company. Yarn.dk cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
Delivery to Europe 3-6 working days.
Delivery to the rest of the world 4-7 working days.

RIGHT OF RETURN
Right of return is 14 days from date of receipt of the purchased items. If you regret the purchase, you only have to return the items in the same conditions as when received. Remember, you are responsible for the purchased items until yarn.dk is in possession of them again. It is only registered mail and parcel post that are covered by insurance. You must pay for the return postages. Send to below mentioned address.
In case you want your money back, you need to include the receipt in your return letter/parcel.  When the items are in the possession of yarn.dk and have been approved, we refund the charges to your credit card account within one week.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURN OF ITEMS
You have 2 years of right of complaint. In the first place, we shall correct any errors via the supplier and, in the second place, get you a new item in case of a failure. In case of mistakes, missing items or failure of delivery please contact:

RESERVATIONS RE. INCORRECT PRICING AND SOLD OUT ITEMS
We accept your purchase by sending the chosen items to you. Yet, your purchase will only be accepted, if there aren’t any mistakes in the description or in prices shown in the net shop. The same reservation goes for sold out items. 

REPRESENTATION OF ITEMS
Since the actual colours you see in the net shop depend upon your computer screen, we cannot guarantee, that your screen shows the correct colour of the items upon delivery.
